Abstract
In the setting of locally advanced SRC EGJA, neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy is responsible for tumoral downstaging, reduced disease recurrence, and improved patient survival. A strategy of preoperative radiochemotherapy should be implemented in clinical practice to treat advanced SRC EGJA.
