Abstract
Cardiopulmonary bypass with deep hypothermic low flow facilitates tumor resection and reconstruction of the atriohepatic confluent. It provides satisfactory postoperative results. It should be considered as an option in the management of these retroperitoneal tumors with cavoatrial involvement.
