Abstract
Multiple coronary arterial revascularizations in various combinations of grafts were clinically safe and effective for isolated coronary artery bypass surgery. Bilateral internal thoracic artery grafting for the left coronary artery system was the most reliable strategy as shown by angiographic patency rates.
