Abstract
Minimally invasive transthoracic device closure of the doubly committed subarterial VSD with an asymmetric domestically made device without cardiopulmonary bypass is safe and feasible under transesophageal echocardiographic guidance. However, it is necessary to evaluate the long-term results.
