Abstract
Postoperative management strategies to maintain a low SVR, rather than manipulating PVR, appear to be rational to achieve adequate oxygen delivery after a Norwood procedure with Sano modification. The Svo2 provides reliable prediction of OEF during postoperative hemodynamic recovery.
