Abstract
Total arterial (bilateral internal thoracic arteries) OPCABG is feasible with a safe outcome in terms of hospital mortality. At follow-up the incidence of death, hospital readmission and reintervention and patients' quality of life are acceptable with favorable graft patency rates.
