Abstract
												Hemodynamic changes during off-pump coronary surgery induce a significant mesenteric hypoperfusion followed by a hyperemic response at the end of surgery. Transesophageal echo-Doppler allows the intraoperative measurement of blood flow distribution to splanchnic viscera.
