Abstract
CABG in ST-elevation myocardial infarction can be performed with acceptable risk by incorporating adequate management strategies. However, female sex, preoperative cardiac troponin I level, preoperative cardiogenic shock, and time to operation are major variables of mortality and morbidity results.
