Abstract
Truncus arteriosus communis repair can be performed early with very low perioperative mortality and satisfactory midterm morbidity; the latter is mainly attributed to right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction. Interventional cardiac catheterization delays inevitable conduit replacement.
