Abstract
Platysma myocutaneous flap can be accomplished in a single stage owning many advantages in comparison with other flaps for patch stricturoplasty in relieving the short and benign cervical esophageal stricture (ie, it is closer to the recipient site, thinner, pliable, and reliable).
