Abstract
Congenital malformations of the aortic arch are rarely found in adulthood. We describe three cases of right aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery with left-sided ligamentum arte-riosum presenting in adulthood as vascular rings with symptoms of tracheal compression. Varying presentation as well as surgical strategy which was individualized according to the pathological anatomy of each case are discussed.
