Abstract
We reveal the contribution of all gasotransmitters in the vasorelaxation induced by liraglutide. We provide ex vivo evidence that liraglutide is capable of causing vasodilatation in the central and peripherial vessels, thereby supporting the clinical observation that it lowers blood pressure.
