Abstract
Accurate detection and categorization of endoleaks in failing endografts is crucial in determining their management. The most commonly used imaging modalities are not always definitive. We report a patient with complex mixed endoleaks in whom intraoperative ultrasound resolved diagnostic uncertainty and provided immediate on table confirmation of endoleak exclusion.
