Abstract
The no-reflow phenomenon is frequently associated with adverse outcomes in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We describe two cases in which the no-reflow phenomenon developed during PCI and was successfully resolved by direct intracoronary aspiration using the Export aspiration catheter.
