Abstract
Reduced exercise capacity of patients after BLTx due to end-stage pulmonary hypertension is not attributed to persistent or recurrent manifest pulmonary hypertension or cardiopulmonary dysfunction. Nevertheless, latent pulmonary hypertension with exaggerated pulmonary artery pressures during exercise may occur in some patients.
