Abstract
TM is achievable in the majority of cardiac transplant recipients. Patients who tolerated reduced immunosuppression enjoyed greater survival than those treated with other regimens, without additional high-grade rejection or vasculopathy. These promising results remain to be confirmed in a prospective trial.
