Abstract
												The epicardial coronary artery entrapment in thickened serosal pericardium is quite characteristic in tubercular chronic constrictive pericarditis that differentiates this entity from other close differential diagnosis like restrictive, ischemic and dilated cardiomyopathy. The entrapped arteries show a typical motion abnormality. This present case is about tubercular chronic constrictive pericarditis with typical epicardial coronary artery entrapment and its reflection in diagnosis and management outcomes.
