Abstract
Pulmonary artery stenosis [PAS] is not an uncommonly missed diagnosis in associated with congenital heart diseases including Tetralogy of Fallot's. We report similar case of a preadolescent girl who presented with symptoms of exertional shortness of breath after surgical repair of Tetralogy of Fallot. 2 D echocardiography revealed the right pulmonary artery stenosis, which was upstream to the surgical trans-annular patch across main pulmonary artery. It was better delineated using 64 slice CT angiography and by cropping with the help of software. The Successful percutaneous intervention in the form of right pulmonary angioplasty could alleviate her symptoms.
