Abstract
A 66-year-old male presented with NYHA class II angina. Coronary angiography revealed two lesions in right coronary artery (RCA) which was severely tortuous and calcified. Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of RCA posed several challenges, which was successfully accomplished using “Double Buddy Wire” technique.
