Abstract
A male patient with a history of anterior wall myocardial infarction was referred to us. Coronary angiogram revealed two-vessel disease in LAD and ramus. He was implanted with Sirolimus stent (Pronova) in LAD. A pseudoaneurysm with thrombus was observed in CT. Angiography and CT angiogram showed instent restenosis of LAD, stent fracture, migration of stent strut and closure of pseudoaneurysm. Cardiac MRI and CT confirmed absence of viable portion in anterior wall and no expansion in aneurysm size. Asymptomatic condition of the patient prompted us to institute medical management. Since last four and half years, the patienthas no uneventful events.
