Abstract

Calcification of pulmonary valve and pulmonary artery in association with large, organized, calcified right ventricular thrombi is unusual. Herein we describe a case of 40 year male with history of recurrent pulmonary embolism with right ventricle, pulmonary valve and a pulmonary artery calcification. The role of non-invasive studies in the diagnosis and long term follow up of patient is emphasized.
