Abstract
Adult survival in patients with uncorrected non-obstructive infracardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage is very rare. We report 20 year female referred for evaluation of murmur diagnosed to have non-obstructive pulmonary venous drainage to the supradiaphragmatic inferior vena cava. To best of our knowledge, there has been no reported instance of an adult survival in non-obstructed infracardiac TAPVC.
