Abstract
► Studied the approach to equilibrium fuelling scheme of 500 MWe PFBR. ► A more detailed 3-D core burnup modeling done using FARCOB code. ► Achieved equilibrium after 2 cycles of 180 full power days each. ► A novel interpolation scheme is used to find the peak LHR in a fuel assembly. ► All core parameters in each cycle satisfied the design requirements.
