Abstract
SummaryA young pregnant woman (32nd week of gestation) presented with acute chest pain due to right coronary artery dissection (CAD) in a pre-hospital setting. The pre-hospital diagnosis by the ambulance staff of an acute myocardial infarction in the antenatal period based on a 12-lead ECG combined with successful treatment by percutaneous coronary intervention with stenting is novel.
