Abstract
Idiopathic laryngotracheal stenosis is a very rare condition characterized by an inflammatory cicatricial stenosis at the level of the cricoid cartilage and proximal trachea. Treatment options range from conservative short-term solutions to definitive surgical resection and reconstruction.
