Abstract

âº Caloric restriction promotes fibrinolysis (lower PAI-1) and impairs coagulation (lower FVII and FVIII). âº Weight loss is associated with reduced oxidative stress and inflammation in fat tissue. âº Caloric restriction limits collagen degradation in fat tissue.
