Abstract
•Patients with Susac syndrome often present with various neuropsychiatric symptoms.•Corpus callosum lesions are found both in Susac syndrome and bipolar disorder.•Psychiatric symptoms, especially mood disorders, should be thoroughly assessed in patients with Susac syndrome.
