Abstract
•A case of parkinsonism due to cerebral meningioma.•It has never been reported previously with a bilateral and complete onset.•Tumor compression of both caudate nuclei may explain symptoms.•Surgical removal of tumor resulted in gradual and complete resolution of symptoms.•These facts have relevant prognostic and scientific implications.
