Abstract
⺠The psychometric properties of a revised stigma scale are assessed. ⺠The scale has good reliability and validity and reduced floor and ceiling effects. ⺠Among people with new-onset, epilepsy 47.3% reported feeling mild-moderate levels of stigma, and 6.1%, high levels of stigma. ⺠Several significant predictors of scores on this scale are identified.
