Abstract
35% of respondents decided to refer patients from central guard to urgent neurological assessment. The 65% decided to take another decision to exclude the derivation, of which 26% were inadequate. The findings show that more than two thirds of respondents avoid taking actions or take inappropriate actions against neurological clinical situations.
