Abstract
Susac's syndrome is a rare disease, characterized by encephalopathy, sensorineural hearing loss and retinal artery occlusion. In this paper, we present the case of a woman who presented the complete triad, with typical features on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance images of the brain, and we review other cases reported in our country.
