Propuesta para la unificación de criterios metodológicos en la elaboración de guías de práctica clínica de la Sociedad Neurológica Argentina

We present a proposal for the unifica tion of methodological approaches in the development of practice guidelines by the Sociedad Neurológica Argentina (SNA). Required steps are presented for proper development. Preferred methodology are evidence based guidelines, using explicit methods, with levels of evidence and grades of recommendation according to the GRADE system, and likely to be validated by the AGREE instrument. This will give the SNA to publish guidelines made under the highest standards validated by the Academia Argentina de Medicina accepted at international level.
