Abstract
Wernicke's encephalopathy is a diagnostic and therapeutic emergency. The diagnosis can be difficult because of nearly silent or atypical clinical forms. We report a case of vitamin B1 deficiency with an unusual clinical presentation in a 30-year-old pregnant patient with hyperemesis gravidarum.
