Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a common disease with a prevalence about 8.5%. The diagnosis is based on the presence of four criteria. Physiopathology is complex: genetic predisposition, iron implication, probable dopaminergic dysfunction. Dopaminergic agonists improve RLS.
