Abstract
Glioblastoma is a high-grade malignant glial tumor. In France, the incidence of glioblastoma is 2000 new cases per year. This tumor is generally found in adult men. The prevalence of glioblastoma in patients aged 70 years or older has increased over the past decades, partly because of population aging and partly because of better radiological and histological diagnostic performance. The aim of this study was to present a clarification on first-line and post-recurrence treatment of the glioblastoma patient. Nevertheless, current treatment of glioblastoma remains insufficient.
