Abstract
A continuing medical education requires a work of planning. The aim is to stimulate the cognitive processes conducive to learning: motivation, perception, attention, memory, representations and previous knowledge, error's status and teaching effect. A systematic planning of is especially needed if the perspective of facilitating the learning of participants is taken in account. The stages of this planning are: determination of the educational needs, formulation of the objectives of learning, determination of the educational method, measure of the achievement of the objectives by the learners and finally evaluation of the activity.
