Abstract
The occipital condyle syndrome is a rare but specific clinical entity seen when the skull base is invaded by neoplastic tumors. It associates occipital pain and homolateral 12th cranial nerve palsy. Here we report two case reports of occipital condyle syndrome, revealing intracranial metastatis. In the first case, this specific syndrome led to the diagnosis of lung cancer. In the second one, a hepatocellular carcinoma was previously known and the occipital condyle syndrome was complicated by Garcin syndrome.
