ResumenEl sistema Bazo-Estómago conforma el centro en MTC, todos los órganos dependerán del buen funcionamiento del sistema y todas las enfermedades crónicas que cursan con humedad y flema, muchas veces conllevan un sobreesfuerzo de este sistema. Los excesos y defectos dietéticos y la vida desordenada causan, fundamentalmente, patología en estos órganos. Las normas dietéticas básicas y los cuidados dietéticos, tanto restrictivos como coadyuvantes, complementarán para restablecer una óptima funcionalidad del sistema Bazo-Estómago.
The Spleen-Stomach system forms the center of traditional Chinese medicine. All organs depend on the correct functioning of this system and all chronic diseases causing humidity and phlegm often overload this system. Dietary excesses and deficiencies and a disordered lifestyle cause disease mainly in these organs. Basic dietary recommendations and care, both restrictive and coadjuvant, are used complementarily to reestablish optimal functioning of the Spleen-Stomach system.
