Abstract
Two cases treated with Lac equinum are presented, in which the remedy was arrived at by the tropism and characteristics of Lac equinum taken from the data provided by the clinical features and the study of cured cases. Showing that the repertoire does not always lead to a curative medicine, particularly when there is no pathogenesis or is only partial. There can be no methodological excuses when attempting to cure if we can find a remedy using the clinical approach.
