Aunque en el método convencional predomina el modelo reduccionista y estandarizador, su literatura aporta elementos de confluencia con aquella, algunos de los cuales presento aquí. La profundización en el estudio del factor individual y de las variables de susceptibilidad, reactividad y supresión representa un campo común de observación e investigación, con aplicaciones inmediatas en diagnóstico y tratamiento.

Homeopathy approaches health problems from a global and individual perspective. Although the reductionist and standardizing model predominates in conventional medicine, the medical literature shows that there are certain common elements between the two modalities, some of which the author discusses in the present article. Greater emphasis on the patient as an individual and the variables of susceptibility, reactivity and suppressibility is a common field in observation and research, with immediate applications in diagnosis and treatment.
