ResumenAnálisis de la patogenesia de Salix fragilis, una sustancia relativamente nueva en la materia médica homeopática, y de los temas fundamentales que en ella aparecen. Remedio de pacientes que viven una situación límite, aguda o crónica, que aguantan hasta que se rompen, hasta que dicen “basta, se acabó”.Se presentan 4 casos clínicos propios en los que el remedio ha sido de gran utilidad y en los que podemos apreciar cómo se manifiestan en la clínica estos temas.
This article analyzes the proving of Salix Fragilis, a relatively new remedy in the homeopathic materia medica, as well as the main themes that appear in this remedy. This remedy is suitable for patients living in extreme situations, whether acute or chronic, and who tolerate the situation until they say “It's over”.The author presents four cases from her own practice in which the remedy was highly useful and which illustrate how the themes of this remedy are expressed in practice.
