ResumenEstudio observacional transversal de 5 meses de duración (octubre 2009–febrero 2010) en que se intenta evaluar la práctica diaria de prescripción homeopática en cuanto al uso de escalas y potencias, a través de una encuesta de 12 puntos a 1.500 médicos y veterinarios homeópatas de toda España.Se recogieron un total de 60 encuestas que cumplían los criterios que se analizaron mediante análisis porcentual y estadístico simple.En las conclusiones observamos que no hay una gran disparidad de criterios, que se utilizan todas las escalas CH, K y LM, y que en las encuestas recogidas se utilizan con un criterio similar las distintas escalas y potencias.Por lo tanto, hay una tendencia a la homogeneidad de criterios.
SummaryA five-month (October 2009–February 2010), cross-sectional observational study was conducted to assess the use of the different scales and potencies in daily homeopathic practice.A 12-point questionnaire was distributed among 1,500 medical and veterinary doctors from all over Spain. From these questionnaires, we collected sixty responses that complied with the inclusion criteria. These were analysed using percentages and statistical analysis.As a conclusion we observed that there are not many different opinions on this subject, that all the scales (CH K LM) are used, and that in the information collected the criteria on the suitability of one scale or another was quite similar. Thus, showing there is a tendency to homogeneity.
