Abstract
In the framework of the quality of care given to patients, with regard to infectious and parasitic diseases, homeopathy offers therapeutic tools in the acute phase, notably a biotherapeutic agent, Pyrogenium. It is indicated according to a tripod of the pulse-temperature dissociation, the fetidity of the secretions and restlessness. Other signs, collected through clinical observation, refine the relevance of this choice.
