Abstract
A 76-year-old man undergoing haemodialysis for chronic renal failure presented with swelling in the right lower gingiva. Biopsy of the oral mass revealed clear cell carcinoma, and whole body computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a mass in the left kidney. The patient was treated with local radiotherapy and immunotherapy and remains alive with cancer at the time of writing.
