Abstract
We report a case of clear cell carcinoma, not otherwise specified, of the oral floor in a 56-year-old man. Following histopathological diagnosis, the patient underwent surgical resection of the primary tumour and radical neck dissection with marginal mandibulectomy, along with postoperative intravenous chemotherapy using docetaxel, cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil. Radical neck dissection was carried out for lymph node metastasis 9 months after initial surgery. Twenty five months after the procedure, the patient has not shown any evidence of tumour recurrence or metastasis.
