Abstract
Intracortical haemangioma is an extremely rare lesion, with only 12 patients being reported, mostly involving the long bones. This report is of a patient with intracortical haemangioma of the mandible that was difficult to identify using diagnostic imaging techniques. A block resection of the lesion was performed and no recurrence has been found in the l6-month follow-up period.
