RésuméLe clinicien amené à suivre des patients souffrant des conséquences d’un trauma, abordera avec la critique nécessaire les actuelles recommandations de bonnes pratiques qui sont basées sur le postulat d’efficacité comparative de psychothérapies considérées comme hermétiques les unes des autres alors que l’évaluation scientifique des psychothérapies a de longue date mis en évidence leurs principes thérapeutiques communs. Dans le deuxième article de ce dossier, nous exposons puis nous discutons les recommandations de bonnes pratiques anglophones et francophones pour les confronter à l’évaluation scientifique des psychothérapies en termes d’efficacité comparative et d’adaptation à la pratique clinique effective.
