Abstract
The definitive restoration was fabricated with CAD/CAM designed zirconia cemented on implant abutments in the upper jaw and with a Toronto bridge in the lower jaw, paying particular attention to the vertical size of the prostheses and bearing in mind the particular condition of the patient who is currently enrolled in a strict hygiene program to provide support with the maintenance procedures, impaired by the systemic disease.
