Abstract
Endodontically treated teeth show irreversible biochemical, anatomical and biomechanical changes. Their high liability to fracture affects the restorative options the dentist can choose from. Indirect adhesive lithium disilicate restorations with supragingival margins are a conservative therapeutic option for the rehabilitation of endodontically treated posterior teeth.
