Abstract
A statistically significant result was obtained with the use of a combined audio/video system, while audio only (music) did not produce equally significant results. This preliminary study make it possible to observe how the use of a virtual reality system serves to effectively stabilize or even reduce cardiovascular factors related to a state of stress. Further studies will be needed to confirm the obtained results.
